How long does perfume delivery take in Lebanon?
Orders arrive within 2 to 5 days of confirmation, anywhere in Lebanon.
How much is delivery?
A flat $5 to every Lebanese region — Tripoli, Beirut, Saida, the Bekaa and everywhere else. It is shown in your order summary before you send it.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes — cash on delivery is the only payment method. No card and no account: you pay when the order reaches you.
Do you deliver perfume to Beirut?
Yes. Beirut and Mount Lebanon get the same 2–5 days and $5 fee as every other region.
Which areas do you deliver to?
All of Lebanon, including Tripoli, El Mina, Koura, Zgharta, Akkar, Beirut, Mount Lebanon, Saida, Bekaa.
How do I order with delivery?
Pick a perfume on the site and tap Buy Now or add it to your cart — your order is sent as a ready-made WhatsApp message. You can also simply message us on WhatsApp with what you want.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Message us on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and we will replace it or refund you. Otherwise all sales are final, as perfumes are personal-care products.
Can I buy in the shop instead?
Yes. The shop is at Al-Tall, opposite the Clock Tower, Tripoli, Lebanon — Daily, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
Do you ship outside Lebanon?
No, we deliver within Lebanon only.
